How Does It Work?

The dental implants are evenly spaced with two at the back and two at the front. Implants at the front are vertical and the implants at the back and diagonal, sloping at 45°. This layout allows optimum firmness which lasts for years. Because there are fewer implants, treatment is not only quicker, it is less intrusive and allows faster healing. Once the All on 4 implants have settled, usually over a six-month period, the first denture can be replaced with the final denture. This gives the gum bone time to strengthen around the implants, an opportunity for gum tissue to settle, and finally for the new dentures to be secured for many years to come.
