I am absolutely amazed by the work that Dr Shad Jaff has done in such a short amount of time. I showed up at the clinic’s door steps without an appointment, after having 16 composite bonds done elsewhere one hour prior to that, and not being at all happy with the result and quite desperate because the other clinic would not finish the procedure to match what I had asked and hoped for. I was nervous and in need of a skilled, understanding and willing doctor. Dr Shad has proven to be that and so much more. He has taken the time to listen and understand exactly what I wanted and what I would be comfortable with. On such short notice, he has booked me in for the following day during his lunch break as the rest of his day was already booked. I came back for the appointment and was greeted in a very pleasant and reassuring way and after an hour and 45 minutes of pure brilliance and craftsmanship, he has managed to restore my confidence and give me the result and look I envisioned. He has shown a lot of kindness, patience and most importantly talent. I left the clinic knowing that although I live in Canterbury, Kent (miles away from London), I will always go back to Dr Shad for any other procedures. I had my Invisalign treatment done with Dr Sina Ghezel and couldn’t be happier with the results.From start to finish, I felt in really good hands – Dr Ghezel is super nice and knowledgeable, and he took the time to really listen and understand what I wanted in the beginning. I have a crown on my front tooth that is totally fine but not perfect and I was not sure if I should replace it as part of the treatment or not – Dr Ghezel laid out all the options and was super transparent about the steps and associated costs. His advice was always objective and professional, and he never tried to talk me into anything.I decided to not replace it, and he made sure to work the Invisalign treatment around it. He also did some small tweaks at the end to even out my teeth, and worked some magic so my crown blends in a lot better now – I was amazed by how much of a difference this made on top. Highly recommend!

Can I give more stars? The team is friendly and extremely professional. Hygienist Hannah is a magician. A stark contrast against other medieval experiences. Legit, you can almost fall asleep in the chair. Dr. Mark Hughes is a true master of his craft. According to my before and after pics, he might be the best dentist in the world. What I like most though is his inability to take a compliment. Just a world-class place.

Staff were very helpful. Michel who checked me was very thorough with the checkup and very well explained what the issues were and how he was going to try and help. It was a pleasure to go to this Dental care practice. I will recommend anyone who has TMJ problems to see the doctor in this surgery.

Wow! Can’t thank the team enough. I am a nervous patient but was talked through the root canal process before during and after and I can honestly say it was completely painless. Worth every penny. Thank you so much!

I cannot recommend Dr. Mark Hughes enough! He is extremely experienced, very precise and knowledgeable. He has great communication skills and he always makes you feel at ease. I am looking forward to my next appointment with him.

Fantastic experience and would highly recommend! Reifa the patient coordinator was very informative and professional when helping me organise my appointments. Dr Ghazel was brilliant and obviously very skilled at his profession. He really put me at ease and made me feel very comfortable.
