Implants last for several years, and they offer the same level of functionality as a healthy, natural tooth. The process takes time (usually up to 8 months), but the results are incredible. Implants are suited to most patients, as they can replace any number of missing teeth.

Dentures: dentures are a tried and tested tooth replacement option, which has been used over the course of many years. Modern dentures are very lifelike, comfortable and functional, and dentures offer a cheaper, faster alternative to implants.
