At the beginning of this year, as a kind of New Years resolution, I decided I had to do something about my teeth. I had braces as a teenager but now 26, my teeth had moved back into their original position (and I wore my retainer religiously!) I really hated they way they looked and felt very insecure about my smile.Really not wanting to look like a teenager again I wanted to avoid regular braces, and I didn’t want to go with Invisalign because I knew that it could take quite a while. I decided to contact Harley Street Dental Studio knowing they offered incognito lingual braces, braces that sit behind the teeth rather than front, and was directed to Dr Steffen Decker.I want to highly recommend Dr Decker who has transformed my smile. He designed a treatment programme for my teeth that I could afford which has been highly effective, and efficient. I have just have my brace removed and I couldn’t be happier. With lingual braces you seen changes happen within weeks and now at the end of my treatment my teeth are perfectly straight and i’m smiling with confidence.Dr Decker always listens to you, and takes you into consideration as an individual. He always saw me on time if not early for my appointments and in 9 months has given me exactly what I wanted from orthodontic treatment. Armed with a night guard and fixed retainer I know I won’t experience movement again as I did before after my teenage braces. I honestly don’t believe I would have got these results with Invisalign. Amazing staff and service . I haven’t been to a dentist in quite a few years. I am always a little nervous when I go to the dentist. All the staff were all welcoming and professional . Staff were very helpful. Michel who checked me was very thorough with the checkup and very well explained what the issues were and how he was going to try and help. It was a pleasure to go to this Dental care practice. I will recommend anyone who has TMJ problems to see the doctor in this surgery.
