from the very first telephone conversation with Dr Sina and after several visits, I have been beyond impressed with the service and genuine want to help from this dental practice. The professionalism and service has been exceptional. I was extremely nervous before going but now I look forward to going back and have total confidence and will only be visiting this practice moving forward.

Being treated here has been one of the best choices of my life. My first communication to them was mentioning that I had an infection in my mouth and Unlike other places who wanted a consultation (paid) then book in to get it treated, I spoke to someone whom rather than just be a secretary, was incredibly knowledgable in dentistry and was able to identify the issue and booked me in to get the treatment first then have a consultation after. I knew from the start that they were more bothered about treating me then getting money out of me. Every person o have dealt with has been extremely kind and delicate with me due to having such a strong phobia of dentists due to a childhood of DV and neglect, and they have gone every extra mile to make sure I’m comfortable and just okay in general. From aftercare phone calls, to messages left to check on progress between appointments. Nazish has done nothing but make me feel as tho she is along for the journey too, showing as much interest as an own friend would do with the development of my treatment and eslam and his assistant have done nothing but life changing treatments. I went from fear of needles and opening my mouth to getting screws and needles thrown in my mouth constantly haha. I’m quite a way through my journey now and my life has already changed. I’ve found a smile, and confidence, and I know there’s a long way to go but even tho the pain is huge, it’s nothing compared to being able to open my mouth, and not be reminded of my childhood. Harley Street Dental Studio has really helped calm down my dental fears. I am absolutely terrified of going to dental appointments, but my anxiety has been greatly reduced just because of the compassion, concern, and attention to detail during my appointments. Today was not different. Dr Rhodes took care to not use water while filling a tooth because of how sensitive the surrounding teeth were. Most dentists would have told me to suck it up and deal with the pain for a few minutes, but that never happens at this practice. Their care and concern has shown me that good dentists and compassionate care do exist. This place is a gem and I couldn't recommend it more!
