  1. Invest in an electric powered toothbrush: they are clinically proven to remove plaque with a greater efficacy than manual brushes. If you don’t already have an electric toothbrush, it’s wise to consider making that investment. You do not have to spend a fortune to enjoy a much deeper, more thorough clean. Ask your dentist for recommendations.
  2. Book a dental hygiene session: if you haven’t been to a hygienist in the last 12 months, it’s wise to book a hygiene session. Dental hygienists offer powerful cleaning treatments, which blitz plaque and remove tartar and stubborn stains. When you leave the clinic, your mouth will feel lovely and fresh and your teeth will look sparkling and bright.
  3. Clean between your teeth: many of us make an effort to brush our teeth twice a day, but did you know that it’s also important to clean between your teeth?
