I am absolutely amazed by the work that Dr Shad Jaff has done in such a short amount of time.
I showed up at the clinic's door steps without an appointment, after having 16 composite bonds done elsewhere one hour prior to that, and not being at all happy with the result and quite desperate because the other clinic would not finish the procedure to match what I had asked and hoped for. I was nervous and in need of a skilled, understanding and willing doctor. Dr Shad has proven to be that and so much more. He has taken the time to listen and understand exactly what I wanted and what I would be comfortable with. On such short notice, he has booked me in for the following day during his lunch break as the rest of his day was already booked. I came back for the appointment and was greeted in a very pleasant and reassuring way and after an hour and 45 minutes of pure brilliance and craftsmanship, he has managed to restore my confidence and give me the result and look I envisioned. He has shown a lot of kindness, patience and most importantly talent. I left the clinic knowing that although I live in Canterbury, Kent (miles away from London), I will always go back to Dr Shad for any other procedures.
Not only a brilliant dentist but also a great guy.
