My first communication to them was mentioning that I had an infection in my mouth and Unlike other places who wanted a consultation (paid) then book in to get it treated, I spoke to someone whom rather than just be a secretary, was incredibly knowledgable in dentistry and was able to identify the issue and booked me in to get the treatment first then have a consultation after. I knew from the start that they were more bothered about treating me then getting money out of me. Every person o have dealt with has been extremely kind and delicate with me due to having such a strong phobia of dentists due to a childhood of DV and neglect, and they have gone every extra mile to make sure I’m comfortable and just okay in general. From aftercare phone calls, to messages left to check on progress between appointments.
