After achieving his Bachelor of Dental Surgery, he obtained several advanced degrees in Implantology and Prosthodontics from Paris 7 University.

Michel provides his expertise in most surgical dental procedures such as implant placements with immediate loading protocols from simple cases up to full mouth rehabilitation like all-on 4 and all-on 6 techniques. He is dedicated to providing the latest technologies for his patients such as PRP and guided implant placement.

Dr Karouni also performs most surgical dental procedures such as surgical extractions, removal of impacted wisdom teeth, surgical insertion of orthodontic bone-anchored appliances, periodontal surgical procedures, crown lengthening treatment for a gummy smile, dental implant installations with necessary prior bone grafts and sinus lifts. In addition, he provides also prosthodontic treatments on implants and teeth.

Michel has over 10 years of experience in implantology, oral surgery and prosthodontics and he has teaching experience for both undergraduate and postgraduate students. He also has an important activity in scientific research as he co-authored several peer-reviewed publications and book chapters. Dr Karouni participated for 5 years as an instructor in the training institute for advanced implant surgery in Paris.
