Problem
Most metal fillings are called Amalgam which is a stable alloy made with mercury, silver, tin, copper and other metals. Metal fillings have been superseded by composite resin fillings at Harley Street Dental Studio. We are proud to have gone metal free.
Solution
Using composite resin, we replaced the metal amalgam and bonded it to the tooth to improve overall strength and appearance.
When applying composite fillings, we match the material to the correct shade of your teeth so that it blends in beautifully.
This technique avoids the use of heavy metals found in dental amalgams.
