Botox

Botox is a very popular anti-ageing remedy, which uses a purified form of toxin known as botulinum toxin type A, to soften the appearance of wrinkles and create a smoother complexion. Botox is injected into specific sites in very small quantities. It works by blocking nerve signals to the facial muscles, which prevents contraction and facilitates relaxation. Botox treatment is quick and convenient and the results are temporary. When you have Botox, our experienced practitioners will use a very fine needle to gently inject the fluid into the areas of the face you’ve chosen to treat. The effects will become visible after around 36 hours and they should last up to 6 months.

Dermal fillers

Dermal fillers are another solution for facial lines and wrinkles, but they can also be used to enhance the facial features and add volume to the lips. Fillers are designed to combat the loss of collagen, the fibre, which gives the skin its firmness. By adding filler, the skin becomes fuller and you get that youthful bounce back. Fillers reduce the visibility of wrinkles, and they can also define the cheekbones and jaw line. We offer Restylane treatment, which uses hyaluronic acid, a chemical found naturally in the body, to rejuvenate the skin. Like Botox, the effects are temporary, lasting up to 9 months. The procedure is also very similar and it can usually be completed within 30 minutes.
