Why do people snore?

Anti-snoring treatments

We offer two treatment methods, which are designed to improve air flow while you sleep. The first is a mandibular repositioning device, which helps to increase air flow by adjusting the jaw position. The lower jaw is pushed forward slightly, and this helps to open up the airway, and increase oxygen flow. This is the most commonly used type of treatment for snoring.

The second option is a tongue retaining appliance, which helps to open up the airway by holding the tongue in position.
