We understand that the whirring sound of the drill can make many patients feel apprehensive and this is why we offer drill-free dentistry. Using technology known as Aquacut, we are able to carry out procedures without the need for drilling, which makes the prospect of having treatment much less daunting.

Using the AquaCut Quattro, our dentists carry out procedures with minimal disruption to the surrounding teeth and the process is also a lot more comfortable for you. Aquacut uses a jet of fluid combined with ultra-fine powder to remove decay, meaning that we can tend to cavities without the need to drill into the tooth. We can also use AquaCut to remove old fillings before new fillings are placed. We often describe the technology as a kind of dental ‘sandblaster’.

With this form of treatment, you can relax and, hopefully, you’ll feel much calmer both before and during the procedure. There’s no drilling involved and you’ll be able to get the treatment you need.
