MICHAEL: I came to Mark Hughes because he was recommended to me by an association, a professional association. I had had the same dentist for a lot of years, 30 odd years and had learned to trust him and so I wasn’t very happy about finding a new dentist, but Mark reassured me and made me feel comfortable very, very quickly. When I first saw him he had a different practice and I found when I went to the old practice that he had left and so I hurriedly found out where he was, tracked him down and came to him here at Harley Street. He is the most marvelous dentist. I mean he is simply marvelous. I belong to the generation that grew up in absolute terror of dentists, fear and trembling and so it is very hard to shake that. I admire and respect the young generation now who for dentistry is nothing, it is just fine, but dentistry used to hurt and it was also a mystery. Mark makes no mystery of anything. He explains everything. He tells you exactly what he is going to do and how long it is going to take and what it will involve and he makes it above all completely painless and fear free. I think he is terrific. So that is all I can say, he is a wonderful dentist.
