Botox treatment

Botox is a very popular anti-ageing solution that uses a purified form of botulinum toxin type A to tackle the common signs of ageing, such as facial lines and wrinkles. Botox is injected into targeted zones of the skin in very small quantities. It helps to smooth the complexion by blocking the transmission of nerve signals to the facial muscles. This causes the muscles to relax. The results of Botox are not permanent and the procedure only takes around 15-30 minutes. There is no need for downtime afterwards and the results should last up to six months.

Dermal fillers

Fillers such as Restylane are used to create more volume and bounce in the skin. As we age, our collagen stores become depleted and this causes your skin to lose firmness. Restylane is injected into the skin to add plumpness and create more definition around your facial features. Like Botox, fillers are a temporary solution and generally last up to nine months. The procedure is simple and involves using a fine needle to inject a small, carefully controlled amount of filler into the skin.
