2. Book a dental hygiene session: if you haven’t been to a hygienist in the last 12 months, it’s wise to book a hygiene session. Dental hygienists offer powerful cleaning treatments, which blitz plaque and remove tartar and stubborn stains. When you leave the clinic, your mouth will feel lovely and fresh and your teeth will look sparkling and bright.
3. Clean between your teeth: many of us make an effort to brush our teeth twice a day, but did you know that it’s also important to clean between your teeth? It’s virtually impossible to remove bacteria and food debris from the cracks between the teeth with a normal toothbrush, and this is where inter-dental brushes and dental floss come in handy.
